Ok, I'm more than willing to admit that I pralboby noticed the three posters I listed because there were a little strange. Clearly there were a lot of pictures of Jesus with his heart being tortured, Pope John Paul II, and various futbol teams squatting and looking in seemingly random directions. The teams that I saw in Campinas were mostly Palmeras, Corinthians, and Sc3a3o Paulo. Though for some reason it seems that the team photos tended to be in kitchens rather than living rooms. After died he became even more popular for a while and there were posters of him as well.Maybe my list is highly inaccurate and more a reflection of my confusion than anything else. I still don't know what the attraction to Charlie Chaplin is. I do not understand the appeal of the Noah's Ark poster either, though with the religious theme it is a little easier to understand. Still, the imminent destruction of virtually all life on the planet doesn't seem like something that I'd commemorate in my living room. Finally, the only explanation I can come up with for seeing the same dog over and over is that whoever produced the poster must have gotten an order to 100 and printed 100,000 instead and they had to just give them away.
